Our Digital Health & Innovative Alliances(DH&IA) team serves as innovative enablers who connect the U.S. Market with trusted intermediaries in the U.S. Health Care Ecosystem to shape and activate Digital Health opportunities that support the optimal experience in service of closing gaps in care and driving business impact.
The Associate Director, DH&IA Strategy and Operations is a key position that will interface a great deal with members of DH&IA, support functions, and S&CO departments. This role will report into the Executive Director of Digital Health and Innovative Alliances for S&CO.
Primary Responsibilities include and may not be limited to:
Collaborate with leadership to align digital health strategy with business objectives and leverage market insights for innovation.
Oversee project execution processes from conception to implementation, streamlining for improved efficiency.
Provide insights into digital health projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and appropriate resource allocation.
Define, monitor, and report on measurable objectives for digital health initiatives.
Manage budgeting and financial planning for initiatives, implementing cost management strategies.
Develop benchmark metrics to assess the impact of digital health investments and conduct post-implementation reviews.
Ensure cross-department alignment and identify opportunities to scale successful digital health solutions.
Lead and mentor team members, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate professional development.
Create communication strategies to promote initiatives and engage stakeholders for collaboration.
Build relationships with internal and external partners to align objectives and support initiatives.
Develop data and reporting frameworks for project progress and utilize analytics for decision-making.
Lead annual planning by collaborating with teams to prioritize initiatives based on strategic alignment and resources.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in digital health, life sciences, or healthcare consulting, with a focus on strategy, operations, and people management
Proven experience in portfolio management and financial stewardship
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams and complex projects
Ability to travel 5 - 10%
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree (MBA, MPH, MS)
Previous experience in pharmaceutical consulting
Trained on Agile Process/Scrum Framework and/or Six Sigma Principles
Experience managing accounts, customers or health care ecosystem stakeholders
Experience working in a consultative way with internal stakeholders

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
