Job Description
As an Associate Business Services Analyst, you will collaborate closely with all teams within Global Business Services, including Accounts Payable, the Center of Excellence/Ops Support, IT, Vendor Management, Data Management, and Consumer Care, cross functional teams including Customer Order Management Partner, Transportation, Warehousing, Customer Supply Chain and Sales as well as external transportation carriers and customers. Your responsibilities include optimizing deduction management and OS&D processes, supporting both internal and third-party outsourced teams, ensuring successful delivery of services against defined statements of work (SOW) and service level metrics and providing reports to stakeholders. Understanding the upstream and downstream impacts of order management, warehouse processes, transportation and customer receiving is beneficial. Furthermore, you'll actively contribute to Accounts Receivable transformational projects.
