As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor here at
Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing advanced
manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency,
quality, and productivity of our manufacturing processes. With your expertise

You will report directly to our Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and you'll
work out of our Danville, KY location
In this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations by driving
efficiency, improving quality, and increasing productivity. Your expertise in
implementing advanced manufacturing technologies and driving process
improvements will help us stay competitive in the market and deliver innovative
products to our customers. Your leadership and ability to collaborate with
cross-functional teams will contribute to the overall success and growth of our
organization. Your contributions will directly impact our bottom line and help
us maintain our position as a global technology leader.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage advanced manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity
- Implement advanced manufacturing technologies and processes to optimize production
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing strategies
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of manufacturing professionals

THE BUSINESS UNIT
Mechanical Systems & Components provides a wide range of mechanical
products and value-adding services to Honeywell Aerospace customers, including
aircraft manufacturers and operators, and agencies of the U.S. government. The
business develops and manufactures air and thermal systems, mechanical
components, and wheels and braking systems. It also manages and operates
facilities for the Federal government. Every 5 seconds, an aircraft lands with
Honeywell Wheels and brakes. The entire fleet of U.S military fighters and
trainers use Honeywell Cabin Pressure Systems.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
- Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing
- Experience with data analysis and statistical process control
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
