The Future Talent Program features Cooperative (Co-op) education that lasts up to 6 months and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Animal HealDivision can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals

Co-Op Description

As a marketing Co-op, you will:

  • Develop digital marketing campaign for the companion animal vaccine portfolio along with tools to support sales objectives

  • Understand analytical processes and insights to determine impact of marketing activities on brand objectives

  • Assess current marketing tools and assets to determine utilization and a plan for optimization

  • Work with agency partners and internal stake holders to leverage digital campaigns to support sales objectives

  • Own the relationship with cross-functional team members across multiple levels of the organization, both within the US market and global

Potential projects may include:

  • Developing a review process and effectiveness rating for assets developed by marketing

  • Design specific campaign executions with agency partners for implementation

  • Participate in preparations for 2026 brand planning

About our Company Animal Health and the US Companion Animal Business Unit

Our company's Animal Health is a leading animal health organization with an innovative product portfolio supporting multiple species of animals globally. The US Companion Animal Business Unit focuses on the health of dogs, cats, and equine animals in the US. The team consists of Sales, both inside and field sales, Marketing teams aligned to each major therapeutic area, and additional support teams.

Education Minimum Requirement and Experience:

  • Junior or Senior seeking BA or BS Degree required

  • Strong understanding of, and experience with, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Strong intrapersonal, written and verbal skills

  • Strong collaboration and project management/organizational skills

  • Candidate must be eligible for work by May 19, 2025 and commit to 38.75hours/week and commit to 4-6 months

  • Candidate must be able to attend in person meetings in either Rahway, NJ or Lenexa, KS as required.

Preferred Experience/Interest:

  • Degree focused in marketing, business, biology or agri-business preferred
  • Interest in pharmaceutical, biological or related industries

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:

$39,600.00-$105,500.00

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
